How To Make The "Fog Burner"
I created the "Fog Burner" cocktail as an homage to San Francisco, where on most days the morning fog is burned away by the afternoon sun. A mezcal negroni is served inside a hollow ice ball and presented under a smoke-filled glass.
- 1 oz (30ml) sweet vermouth
- 1 oz (30ml) Campari
- 1 oz (30ml) mezcal
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir quickly for about 45 seconds
- Use the seasoning injector to inject the cocktail into the ice ball
