"Baby Yoda's First Word" Cocktail

The Baby Yoda train keeps on rolling, and here we take our garnish game to the next level with this riff on a Last Word cocktail. Drink it, you must.



EQUIPMENT

  1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, fine mesh strainer, julep strainer, muddler, cocktail picks)

  2. Angled measuring jigger

  3. Coupe glass


Baby Yoda’s First Word

  • .75oz (22.5ml) of dry gin

  • .75oz (22.5ml) of green chartreuse 

  • .75oz (22.5ml) of maraschino liqueur 

  • .75oz (22.5ml) of fresh lime juice

  • Brown napkin and string

  • 2 Luxardo maraschino cherries

  • 2 lime wedges, sliced .25in thick

  1. Tie napkin around base of coupe glass with string

  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin

  3. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds

  4. Double strain into chilled coupe glass

  5. Cut a slit in the rind of the lime wedges and arrange as ears

  6. Put two cherries on a cocktail pick and rest across rim of the glass for eyes
