Salt has long been used by bakers and chefs to temper bitter flavors while enhancing sweet and citrus notes. Here's how your cocktail can benefit from a pinch of salt.

Saline solution

  • 20g of salt
  • 80ml (80g) of water
  1. Combine in a jar and shake until clear
  2. Transfer to a dropper dispenser
  3. Add 2 drops of saline solution to a sour cocktail
