How To Make The "Smoke Bomb"
One of the coolest tricks I know is this "smoke bomb".
Fill an ice ball with smoke, only to smash it open over your cocktail.
- 2 oz (60ml) bourbon
- 1 oz (30ml) Averna
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir
- Strain over a rocks glass with ice
- Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry
