2. Applewood chips

COCKTAIL RECIPE

Old Fashioned

• 2 oz (60ml) whiskey
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube

1. Place sugar cube in rocks glass
2. Add bitters and a few drops of water to the sugar
3. Muddle sugar, bitters, and water until it dissolves 
4. Add whiskey
5. Add ice and stir
6. Pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or ball 
7. Garnish with an orange twist
