EQUIPMENT

1. Sphere ice mold
2. Seasoning injector
3. Martini glasses (tempered for safety)
4. Sharp metal object like a paperclip
5. Bamboo picks
6. Matches

COCKTAIL RECIPE

Havana

• 1 oz (30ml) 80 proof Gosling's rum
• 1/3 oz (10ml) 151 proof Gosling's rum
• 3/4 oz (20ml) Cointreau
• 1/2 oz (15ml) lime juice
• 1/4 oz (7ml) simple syrup
• Splash of fresh orange juice
• Dash of orange bitters

1. Add the 151 proof rum into the martini glass
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in an ice-filled shaker
3. Shake until very cold
4. Inject cocktail into your ice ball shell
