Cocktail Recipe

Frosé

  • 1 bottle (750ml) rosé 
  • 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
  • 2 oz (60ml) St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz (60ml) Cointreau
  • 2 oz (60ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 6 raspberries
  1. Add entire bottle of rosé to the tupperware container
  2. Add in Aperol, St. Germain, Cointreau, and lemon juice
  3. Stir, cover, and freeze overnight
  4. Drop berries into a blender 
  5. Scoop frozen cocktail into the blender
  6. Add 2 oz of water if the cocktail is frozen solid
  7. Blend until the the cocktail is a nice, slushy consistency
  8. Serve in a coupe glass with a raspberry garnish
