Wildfire from Game Of Thrones

The final season of Game of Thrones is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than by melting the flesh of your enemies with wildfire. Using the naturally green and high-proof green chartreuse, I make a drinkable version of wildfire to blow some minds at your viewing parties.

EQUIPMENT

1. Nick & Nora glasses

2. Fine mesh strainer

3. Lewis bag and mallet

4. Orange hand juicer

5. Jigger

6. Brulee torch

Wildfire

• 1oz (30ml) green chartreuse

• .25oz (7ml) mezcal

• .25 (7ml) fresh lime juice

• Cocoa powder

• Half ice shell

1. Add green chartreuse to a Nick & Nora glass and ignite

2. Dash with cocoa powder to create some sparks

3. Carefully add mezcal and lime juice

4. Rest ice shell on top of the glass to extinguish the flame

5. Swirl glass and tap it on the table to release ice into the glass

6. Enjoy!
